In the early 1950s, billed as "Alberto y Pancho" Francisco Martinez played in venues from San Jose to San Francisco.

On page 65 of the book "In Search of a Better Life" it is mentioned that Janet Magno Martinez played and sang with father-in-law Francisco. Here is Janet singing "Bless the Lord" from the 1971 Off-Broadway musical "God Spell."
